General Conditions

Enrollment

The student fill the enrollment form which send to the School along with a deposit of _____ € for group non-intensive courses, _____ € for individual non-intensive courses, _____ € for group intensive courses, _____ € for individual intensive courses or the full amount.

Students should send their enrollment form at least 10 days before the language course starting date or 45 days before the start of the course for those students who need a visa.

First Step: Student sends enrollment form in which indicats the type of the language course (group non-intensive courses, individual non-intensive courses, group intensive courses, individual intensive courses) number of lessons and weeks and duration of the language course.

Students who need a visa along with the enrollment form it should send short curriculum vitae (CV).

Second Step: The School answer if the request is accepted or not.
Third Step: If the request is accepted student pays deposit or the full school fee. The School send confirmation and student documents needed to obtain a student visa if necessary.

The enrollment is considered valid on receiving written confirmation from the School.
Balance:

Students who are enrolled with the payment of a corresponding deposit have an opportunity the rest of the amount for the entire course to pay by installments before the beginning of the month in case of non-intensive courses, or before the start of the next course in case of intensive courses by bank transfer or at the School.
How to pay:

- at the School, every working day from 10:00 to 14:00;
- by bank transfer.

Please include name of the student, the title of the course, number of lessons and weeks, and the starting date of the course with all payments.
Public holidays:

No lessons will take place on public holidays (courses and programs). No refund will be made for these days.
Responsibility:

The School is not liable for loss of personal belongings at the school.
Cancellations:

Cancellations it is not valid for students who are requiring documents to apply for a VISA.

If the student decides not to attend classes or to shorten the hours of attendance is not entitled to any refund. Deposits and balances are not transferable from person to person.
Visas

Students who are coming from countries from where is requiring a visa to study abroad need to contact the Macedonian Embassy in their home country prior to complete formalities. Confirmation is one of the conditions for obtaining a visa. In order to obtain a certificate of enrollment the student must pay the full amount of school fee.
Insurance

Students are advised to take medical and personal insurance before leaving their home country.
